Grounding Turmeric & Spice blend

Turmeric is known to be anti-inflammatory: relieves joint stiffness, immune support, improves digestion, memory and promotes overall wellness & joy.

This blend is balanced in spices - which enhances turmeric's antioxidant power. Fresh ground black pepper helps our bodies absorb the goodness of the turmeric. Marshmallow root helps soothe our digestive system and offset turmeric's inherent drying qualities.

Flavor: Rich and creamy, warming to the body & soul. Full-bodied chai spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom - these spices are used in high ratio to balance the turmeric flavor.

To Brew: Simply simmer a cup of your favorite milk or water, add (at most) 1 teaspoon of golden milk powder, sweeten to taste (I prefer honey) and enjoy sipping your instant cuppa coziness.

*Also try adding to smoothies or baked goods, buttered toast, or savory dishes like roasted veggies, soups and stews.
