Green Up | Herbal Tea Blend

The slow and cozy nature of Winter can result in sluggish bodily functions. Green Up is a gentle blend of herbs designed to support liver function, cleanse the blood, and move lymph through the body.

• Ingredients: *Nettle, *red clover, *cinnamon, *burdock root, *dandelion root, *orange peel, *lemon peel, *ginger root and fennel seed. *organic
• Caffeine Level: None
• Flavor: Deeply green & earthy with hints of warm ginger spice & citrus.
• Brewing Loose Leaf Tea: Use 1 Tbsp to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep at least 5-10 minutes. Strain. Drizzle with honey and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon or orange. Enjoy! 
• Cold Infusion: Add up to 1/4 cup of herbal tea into a quart jar and top off with water. Chill for 4-24 hours. Strain, taste, sweeten if needed and enjoy!
• Size: 2 oz. compostable pouch for 15-20 servings. Samples brew approximately 4 servings.
